555q Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 555q platform, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal, and bonus services offered by 555q. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 555q ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on 555q, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person registering and acting entirely on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another individual, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or exclusion order under any gambling protection programme, whether on 555q or any other platform, at the time of registration or at any point during account activity.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the 555q platform. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 555q will close all secondary accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and may permanently suspend the player's primary account depending on the circumstances.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is responsible for the security and confidentiality of their 555q account credentials. 555q will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Failure to satisfactorily complete a KYC verification request within the timeframe specified by 555q may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is complete.

   Players must promptly notify 555q of any changes to their registered personal details, including mobile number or email address. 555q is not responsible for communications that fail to reach a player due to out-of-date contact information held on the account.

   555q reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice, and to withhold or forfeit any funds associated with that account where such a breach has occurred. Players will be notified of the grounds for any such action via their registered contact details.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

555q accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 555q does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for verifying any such charges with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 555q on a continuous basis. Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal amounts will be credited to the player's nominated payment method within 5 to 30 minutes of the request being approved. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. 555q does not guarantee a specific processing timeframe but will endeavour to process all approved withdrawals as promptly as possible.

   The minimum deposit amount on 555q is ৳500. There is no maximum on standard deposits, though 555q may impose transaction limits on specific payment methods at its discretion and without prior notice.

   The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Players must ensure that the payment account they nominate for withdrawal is registered in their own name and matches the details on their 555q account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

   All funds deposited on 555q must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. This single-rollover requirement applies to standard deposits. Bonus funds are subject to their own specific wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

   555q may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification. In such cases, the player will be notified and asked to submit the relevant documentation. Where there is a conflict between a general bonus term in this section and a specific bonus offer term, the specific offer term shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who hold a fully verified 555q account in good standing. Players who are under self-exclusion or account restriction are not eligible to receive any bonus or promotional offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 10x or 20x) will be stated in the bonus offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus, failing which the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• 555q reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, including where 555q reasonably believes that a bonus is being abused or used in bad faith. Where a bonus is cancelled due to suspected abuse, any winnings generated from that bonus period may be voided.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic bonus exploitation — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or use of automated software — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Players may not withdraw bonus funds directly. Bonus balances become eligible for withdrawal only after the associated wagering requirement has been fully met. At the point of withdrawal, any remaining bonus balance that has not contributed to meeting the wagering requirement will be removed from the account automatically.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 555q are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market. 555q's game rules, where applicable, are displayed within each game or market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific game or market rule and a general provision of these Terms, the specific rule shall govern.

   Odds and game outcomes displayed on 555q are provided on an as-is basis. 555q endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all odds and outcomes but cannot guarantee that errors will not occur. Where a material pricing or settlement error is identified, 555q reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets, regardless of whether settlement has already taken place.

   In the event of technical failures, system errors, or interruptions that affect the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, 555q will investigate and apply a resolution that it considers fair and reasonable. 555q's decision in such matters is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.

   555q operates sports betting markets on the basis of official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket, FIFA for football). Where an official result is subsequently amended by the governing body, 555q will re-settle the affected markets in line with the revised official result.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555q platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage over 555q or other players
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event on which bets are offered by 555q
• Using funds derived from illegal or criminal activity to make deposits on 555q, or using 555q for any purpose connected with money laundering
• Registering or operating more than one 555q account, whether under the same or different personal details, or colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the 555q platform to gain a financial advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the player's account suspended pending investigation

9. Amendments to These Terms

555q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 555q will notify registered players via their registered contact details and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where a player does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 555q support. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
